Beach wheelchairs are available in a number of Victoria’s coastal parks, enabling mobility impaired visitors to explore many spectacular park beaches and walking trails that have sandy surfaces.
There is a range of beach wheelchair models available to meet the needs of adults and children with varying abilities. The chairs are free to use but please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

- Point Nepean National Park Information Centre on (03) 8427 2099.

A children’s hippocampe beach wheelchair is also available for visitors to borrow in the Mornington Peninsula area and this is managed by OzChild in Mornington (03) 5975 7644.
