Parks Victoria provides a range of a equipment, including all-terrain and beach wheelchairs, facilities, accommodation and accessibility information and programs to help you plan and enjoy your visit to Victoria's parks.
Assistance dogs are welcome in Parks Victoria parks and reserves. Entry requirements apply for parks and reserves that are usually dog prohibited, such as national parks.

Managing Calcine Sands
Calcine sands, a type of mine tailings, have been identified in an area of Cassilis Historic Area, close to the corner of Cassilis Road and Charlotte Spur Track. These tailings were generated from former mining activities and contain elevated levels of contaminants, such as arsenic, which can be harmful to human health. Please follow the advice of signs in the area and avoid any contact with the calcine sands. Parks Victoria and the Environment Protection Authority are working together to understand the extent of calcine sands and implement management actions.
