Volunteer

Volunteering in parks is a great way to contribute to conserving Victoria’s special places. The many personal benefits of volunteering include learning more about plants and wildlife, gaining new skills, being in the outdoors, improving health and well being and meeting new friends. Time spent in nature also reduces stress and promotes physical wellbeing.

    Rainforest Loop Track tree damage

Tree fall has damaged a section boardwalk on the Rainforest Loop Track, requiring the temporary closure of a short section of the track while repairs or replacement are undertaken.
As a result, the full Rainforest Loop cannot currently be completed. However, visitors can still access the track as a return walk from either direction up to the closure point.
