Warneet South Jetty

Volunteering in parks is a great way to contribute to conserving Victoria’s special places. The many personal benefits of volunteering include learning more about plants and wildlife, gaining new skills, being in the outdoors, improving health and well being and meeting new friends. Time spent in nature also reduces stress and promotes physical wellbeing.

  • Warneet South Jetty (Warneet South Jetty, The Waters of Western Port Bay)

    Warneet South Jetty partially closed

Warneet South Jetty is partially closed until further notice after inspections determined areas of the structure are not safe for public use. The public are unable to access the southern timber section of the pier head. Access to the pontoon is still available. Parks Victoria and partner agencies are undertaking a broader planning project for the jetty which will determine the future vision for the precinct.
