Parking at Albert Park - Parking Fees

There will be a CPI price increase to parking fees on 1st July 2024. Each financial year the treasurer, Department of Treasury and Finance sets the CPI increase applicable to fees and charges from 1st July each year.
The new parking fees from 1st July 2024 are:
  • Weekday hourly rate: $6.00 per hour (previously $5.80 per hour)
  • Weekdays 5pm to 9pm flat rate: $6.00 (previously $5.80)
  • Weekday maximum all day rate: $14.30 per day (previously $13.90 per day)
  • Weekends flat rate fee: $6.00 per day (previously $5.80 per day)
Parking permits will continue to be available for park businesses and members of Albert Park tenant clubs. New permit fees will commence on 1st July 2024:
  • Sports Club Permit – 6 months: $37.90 (previously $36.90)
  • Sports Club Permit – 12 months: $75.70 (previously $73.70)
  • Junior Sports Club Permit – 12 months: $18.80 (previously $18.30)
  • Tenant permit – 3 months: $235.60 (previously $229.40)
  • Tradespersons permit – 7 days: $27.60 (previously $26.80)
The net revenue from parking fees will continue to be reinvested back into Albert Park Reserve services and facilities and the sports and recreation club grant program.
