Repair to track network in Kings Billabong Park

The October 2022 flood event caused damage to many areas in Kings Billabong Park. Immediate repairs have been completed to keep Kings Billabong Park open and safe. Recent works have repaired the tracks to popular camping area near Bruces Bend, Baggs Bridge and the Billabong Walks Carpark.
Parks Victoria is currently:
  • Repairing potholes and corrugations from Bruces Bend Boat Ramp to Baggs Bridge camping area.
  • Stockpiling crushed rock at Bruces Bend Boat Ramp, Psyche Bend Pumps and Red Cliffs Boats Ramp in preparation for future works.
  • Working with local contractors to assist with repairs.
