Lower Maribyrnong River Trail partial closure

Due to flood damange, the Maribyrnong River Trail is closed from Canning Street, Avondale Heights, to ‘Carpark C’ in Brimbank Park. There is no access between these points for safety reasons.

The trail is expected to re-open in Spring 2024, subject to on-ground and environmental conditions. Repair works are being delivered in partnership with Emergency Recovery Victoria.
