The Manor House is located within Westerfolds Park, Templestowe, and if travelling by car, is accessed from the Fitzsimons Lane park entrance. It is set amongst redgums and open areas of mown lawns. Enjoy a picnic, taking in the scenic views over the river valley across natural bushland towards the Yarra Ranges and Kinglake.

Picnic tables, grassy areas, shade are provided. There are no bins. Please take all rubbish away for recycling or disposal.

Main Yarra Trail - Temporary Closure (weekdays 10 - 21 August, 2026)

The Main Yarra Trail will be closed on weekdays from 7.30am to 3.30pm between Bonds Rd and the Plenty River Trail in Viewbank from 10 to 21 August 2026.
 
Temporary closures will be in place while the Plenty River Boardwalk, adjacent to Rosanna Golf Course, is undergoing reconstruction work, preventing bicycle and pedestrian through traffic on weekdays. The trail will be reopened overnight and on weekends.
 
Please seek an alternate route, refer to the attached map for optional route details.
