Most tracks within Barmah National Park, Tocumwal Regional Park & Proposed Murray River Park are Closed to motor vehicles access.
Increase in River flows and local rainfall that has resulted in flooding impacting access tracks in the majority of the Barmah National Park and Barmah Island and Ulupna Island. Closures have been put in place for public safety, to avoid damage to tracks and reduce environmental harm.
The following tracks are OPEN within Barmah National Park and adjoining Tocumwal Regional Park & Proposed Murray River Park areas, however we recommend Four-Wheel Drive access only, conditions are subject to change at any time without notice:
·             Barmah National Park - Sand Ridge Track to the Dharnya Centre.
·              Proposed Murray River Park - The Ranch Track south of the township of Barmah.
·                Tocumwal Regional Park -  Ulupna Island - Some high bank camps are accessible.
We will review access weekly and open the closed areas as soon as possible. Please take care on all tracks due to the wet conditions and if you can avoid using wet tracks, please do so to prevent Track and Vehicle damage.
