The small town of Newhaven is located on Phillip Island near San Remo and Cape Woolamai. Visitors can go fishing off the Newhaven Jetty which offers excellent fishing opportunities, take a stroll along Newhaven's waterfront and absorb the atmosphere of this picturesque seaside village.

Jumping and diving off the jetty and other structures is prohibited for public safety. There are shallow areas and often unexpected submerged objects
Ensure dogs are kept on lead at all times and clean up after your dog.

Newhaven Jetty Partially Closed

Newhaven Jetty is closed to vehicle access. The southern arm of the jetty head is closed to pedestrian access. 
Pedestrian and fishing access along the pier approach and northern jetty head arm are still available.
