Talbot Hut Ruins Camping Area is popular with walkers of the Australian Alps Walking Track. Talbot Hut was built in 1907 however very little remains today. During winter the area is inundated with snow. Please protect the sensitive alpine wetlands by keeping to formed tracks. Visitors will need to be self-sufficient with supplies as there are no visitor facilities at this campground.
