Upper Beaconsfield NCR Trail (Upper Beaconsfield Nature Conservation Reserve)

Upper Beaconsfield Nature Conservation Reserve trail is located in Upper Beaconsfield amongst a grassy forest with a canopy of messmate stringy bark and damp forest with mountain grey gums. If you are looking for a short walk, the reserve has a 1.66km track that follows the perimeter. The reserve contains old hollow bearing eucalyptus trees, which provide important habitat for the Powerful Owl. Keen bird watchers come here to try and spot them along with the Lyrebird.

Snakes are active in the warmer months, so please stay on the existing paths to avoid any unnecessary encounters.
