Victoria Mill (Nandos Hut) Scenic Reserve (Mount Buangor National Park, MT COLE/BEERIPMO STATE FOREST)

Surrounded by tall forest in Mount Buangor National Park, Victoria Mill Scenic Reserve is a peaceful day visitor destination where natural and cultural heritage come together. The reserve protects forest that regenerated after timber harvesting in the late 1800s and provides a quiet place to relax among towering eucalypts.

The reserve is home to Nandos Hut, which stands on the site of the former Victoria Mill. A small clearing with picnic tables offers an ideal place to stop, enjoy a picnic and learn about the area's timber industry history. Visitors can also explore the surrounding forest and enjoy the tranquil bushland setting.

Facilities include picnic tables and fireplaces. Dogs are permitted on lead. No bookings or fees apply, and the site is accessible by 2WD vehicles. There are no rubbish bins, so please take all rubbish home. Campfires are permitted in the fireplaces provided if it is not a Total Fire Ban day.

Victoria Mill Scenic Reserve is in the South West Fire District. Bushfire safety is a personal responsibility.
