Old Coast Road, Gravel Road closed

Old Coast Road in cape Conran Coastal Park will be closed as of today due to wet weather and track damage caused by 4wd vehicles.

The gate at the intersection of Cabbage tree - Conran Rd and Old Coast Road will be locked.
The gate at the intersection of Sydenham Inlet Rd and Old Coast Road will be locked.
East Yeerung track will be bunted off north of Yeerung Gorge Walking Trail to prevent access to Old Coast Rd

Cape Conran Banksia Bluff Accommodation booking closure

The existing Banksia Bluff Cabins and Olive-berry Lodge will be closed for bookings from 31 January 2022 until 14 April 2022, and then from 9 May 2022 to 21 August 2022.  The accommodation will be closed to enable the construction of new cabins during this time.  They can be booked for the Easter holiday period until 8 May 2022.

The campground will remain open during these periods.

Deer Control (ground shooting) operation underway
