Herring Island Punt early closure Saturday 24th January
The final punt service from Herring Island will be at 1pm.
The Herring Island Summer Arts Festival will also be concluding at 1pm on this day.
If using the punt to get to the island on Saturday, please ensure you are ready to depart the island from the South Landing by 1pm.
The island will remain open to the public, however visitors will need to arrange their own access.

Herring Island free punt service 2026
- Snakes are present on the island, please keep a watch out.
- The paths are uneven gravel surfaces, some with swale drains which can make it difficult to traverse.
